- Gymnasium / Auditoriums with more than 300 capacity
- School bldgs
- Over Head tanks
- Large STP systems and water supply schemes
- Baffle ranges
- Complex/Prestigious OTM Accn
- Rehabilitation of Structures
- High rise bldgs of five storey or more
- Underground structures and Ops rooms
- Air conditioning projects more than 500 tons
- Steel structures of more than 30 mtrs span
- Marine structures
- Special geotech and foundation structures, including pile foundations
- Distressed structures or engineering review of a failed design
